Transitions in life, such as grief and loss, unexpected relationship change, marriage issues, job changes, and the arrival of children usually bring people in to see me for therapy.  I also do a lot of work in self-esteem building and assertiveness, a subject I have taught for 25 years. 

I see my work as joining with you to understand what is going on in your life and to try to work together to make your life happier and more content for you.  Each person has different needs and wishes for themselves in therapy and I try to work with you to determine that together.
